Music is an active and living forum that has been a platform for people to communicate in the past as well as in the present. This level is initially not subject to any limits in what forms the music enters into or wants to enter into. The label Kreuzberg Records, which was founded as a subsidiary of the publishing house Verlag Neue Musik, supplements the publication of written music by the aforementioned publishing house, Edition Margaux and Edition Gravis with the essential factors of interpretation and listening by providing a podium for the music of renowned publishing house authors and performers on a sound carrier.

The label encompasses style-breaking mixes, off-beat sounds between serious and popular music, world music, but also songs and children’s music. This openness towards music does not mean a lack of orientation, but rather testifies to what our society is made of – a multicultural community moving between many (sound) worlds.
